It seems like everybody is reading or has read The Help by Kathryn Stockett, but if you haven't read it I urge you to get your hands on a copy. It is most definitely one of the best books I have ever read, and I was SO sad when it was over. Does anybody else get down for a couple of days when you finish a really great book, or is it just me? Our book club is discussing it next week and I can hardly wait to hear what everybody else thought about it.

I definitely feel that way when I finish a great book! This one was amazing!
I feel the same way about this book! I keep wanting to know more about the women in it. I go to bed hoping to find a page I missed. For a first time writer, I cannot praise her ability to develope characters. I can't wait to hav our discussion!!!!!
I finished this book a few weeks ago. By far one of the best books I have read in a long long time!
I loved it! But some of those girls made me SO MAD!!!!!
I loved The Help! I read it twice (back to back, haha) this summer because I knew I would not be able to find another book as half as good. I was completely drawn into the story and the characters. You have got to get the book on tape. It is phenomenal!! The voices are perfectly cast and will have you dying laughing and crying, too.
I just started Firefly Lane last night and can't wait to get into it as well@
